Eagle Creek Off The Mark

EAGLE CREEK secured his first victory for the William Knight yard when landing the 7f handicap at Chelmsford last night. His win formed part of a four timer for champion jockey Oisin Murphy. The 6yo son of Raven’s Pass travelled strongly in mid field before coming to challenge a furlong out. He hit the line well, beating the Charlie Fellowes trained ‘Beaty Choice’ by a head.

We bought EAGLE CREEK at the July HIT sale for owners John and Peter Seabrook. He had been off the track for over 2 years with his last win coming in April 2017.
