CHECKANDCHALLENGE made his racecourse debut a winning one at Wolverhampton this afternoon. Having overcome some initial greenness and some early bumps, he travelled easily and picked up convincingly when sent for home by jockey David Probert. Speeding past his rivals in the home straight he just got to the line in time to beat the Karl Burke trained Aasser by a short head. This was an impressive performance for this son of Fast Company, who has impressed with his homework of late, having taken time to grow into his large frame. He is certainly one to watch for the future and should be an exciting 3yo. Congratulations to his patient owner Mr Andrew Hetherton and to the team at home, keeping the horses in good form heading into the winter months.
