HOLKHAM BAY took a keen hold when racing in midfield and settled in 5^th position. He ran on strongly inside the final furlong and was always doing enough to win comfortably over 6f with Apprentice Brandon Wilkie in the saddle claiming 3lb.

RED HAT EAGLE jumped from gate 12 and raced wide. He took a keen hold and made headway from 2f out and did well to get his head in front in the circumstances under Callum Shepherd.
