SUGARLOAF LENNY burst through to win the 1m 2f Handicap on Monday evening under 5lb claimer Brandon Wilkie. He was ridden prominently on the far side rail and looked beaten1f out. However, he was able to pick up and find a path between the eventual winner and second and ran on strongly to the line to win by a neck.

This Land Force gelding has been running consistently, before two recent disappointing efforts. However, he was able to put that behind him and record his first win on turf.
