LORDSBRIDGE GIRL shed her maiden tag and got the yard off the mark for the 2023 season at Kempton this evening. She has been training well and this was a deserved first win for the homebred daughter of Adaay. Jamie Spencer gave this 4yo filly a superb ride, positioning her perfectly throughout the race. Always handy, she took up the running in the final furlong and dug deep to see off the late challenge of the Charlie Johnston trained favourite, Asdaa.
