After taking a while to get his head in front LELABAD went and won again last night at Kempton. Travelling well in behind the leaders, jockey Neil Callan sat patiently waiting for some racing room. He didn't have to wait long for a response from his mount as the pair soared clear in the final furlong to win eased down.
This son of Invincible Spirit has always shown promise in his races but the penny looks to finally have dropped with him and he now knows how to go and win his races. We are also delighted for his owners John, Bex and Peter Seabrook who made it all the way from Portugal to see him win. They also had Arab Cinder on the card who ran a gallant second place.
