EAGLE CREEK got back to winning ways last night at Wolverhampton scoring for the first time this year. Settled in mid-division, the leaders set a fast gallop which was always going to suit the closers. Jockey Marco Ghiani only had to pick the two leaders up turning into the straight and he did with ease finishing 3 1/4 lengths clear of the second.

It was brilliant to get another winner for long- time owners Bex and J Seabrook whose colours have been very successful down the years with us. Eagle Creek seems to run his best races on the all- weather now so coming into the all- weather season he looks like a horse to keep on the right side of.
