RED HAT EAGLE got his head in front at Newmarket on Saturday under a confident ride from apprentice Brandon Wilkie in the 1m Apprentice Handicap. He tucked in and travelled nicely until asked for an effort inside the 2f marker. He was pushed along and made headway from the near side, soon going clear and winning by 2 1/4lenghts. This was RED HAT EAGLE’s third career win and hopefully he can give his owners, the Pmg Partnership, many more fun days out!
