Back to back wins for Arab Moon
on 05 May 2017

Arab Moon ran out a comfortable winner of the 1m4f 0-65 Handicap at Lingfield this afternoon.

The 3yo son of Elnadim jumped well from a wide draw, but jockey Silvestre De Sousa was keen to settle his mount towards the rear of the field. He soon found some cover and relaxed nicely with just one horse behind him. Turning for home, Arab Moon was pulled wide and swept past the leaders in the last few hundred yards. He was eased before the line, with the winning margin just under 2 lengths.

Arab Moon broke his maiden 3 weeks ago over 1m3f at Kempton. He came out of that race well and was not hindered by the 6lb rise in the weights awarded by the handicapper. He is a lovely, genuine horse and he certainly looks to have further improvement in him.

William has enjoyed an excellent week, with this being his 4th winner from the last 10 runners. We still have a few shares left in Arab Moon's half brother (by Makfi). Please get in contact with William for more information.
