Cool Sky scored for the second time in eight days when landing the 1m 4f Handicap at Lingfield this afternoon.

Back at the scene of his previous success, Cool Sky was given a confident ride by Adam Kirby to overcome a wide draw and win convincingly.

Always travelling in a handy position, he took up the running with two furlongs left to travel and stayed on well to win by three lengths.

Trainer William Knight, who has his string in excellent form, was quick to praise the skills of jockey Adam Kirby " Adam gave him a canny ride enabling him to slip the field and win easily.  I am delighted with the way the horses are running and hope that the good form continues."

The yard currently boasts an impressive four winners from six runners.
